It was just a little over 3 years ago when I came out Minnesota for the first time to visit 2 very dear friends who I knew from the day back with I lived in Los Angeles, CA. It was on that first visit my best friend and I spent my birthday exploring Minneapolis with our first stop at the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. It was love at first experience and a place I have wanted to take my girls one day.

This last week I had a friend visiting from California with her two kids and FINALLY I got a chance to return to the Sculpture Garden with my girls. Despite the rain the sky managed to clear up for a little bit with just enough time to take a photo in front of the famous cherry and have lunch in the garden with the butterflies.
